Cushman & Wakefield is the chief sustainability advisor for Deniz Park. We have consulted Atlas Development according to BOMA standards and have assisted the property in acquiring the BREEAM certification.
Deniz Park will be one of the first office buildings in Almaty to receive BREEAM New Construction certification (Very Good). Taking into account the requirements of the BREEAM system, the project significantly increases the energy efficiency of the building, improves environmental performance, creates a comfortable living environment for tenants, visitors and service personnel, and harmoniously fits the projected building into the surrounding location.
