Cushman & Wakefield Kazakhstan Receives BREEAM Certification
Cushman & Wakefield Kazakhstan has received a BREEAM International New Construction (New Construction) license, which gives the right to certify green building objects according to the BREEAM international standard.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is an international environmental assessment and rating standard developed by BRE (Building Research Establishment) Global in 1990 in the UK.
Certification is carried out by a BREEAM Certified Assessor whose purpose is to provide an independent assessment of the environmental and social value of the project, as well as indicators of environmental sustainability using standards developed by BRE.
As part of the BREEAM certification rating system, various aspects of sustainable development are considered in detail, which allows developers, owners, and management companies to demonstrate the environmental friendliness of a building to potential tenants and guests. The application of BREEAM provides Property Owners with minimization of operating costs, increases the attractiveness of the property, as well as the implementation of strategies to create a comfortable urban and working environment.
