NEW APPOINTMENT AT CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD KAZAKHSTAN

Cushman & Wakefield Kazakhstan is pleased to announce the appointment of Semyon Yurchenko as Partner and Head of Occupier Services. Based in Almaty, he will join the firm effective June 1, 2020.

Mr. Yurchenko, 39, joins Cushman & Wakefield Kazakhstan following his tenure as Partner, Head of Asset Services and Integrated Facility Management of Cushman & Wakefield, Moscow, Russia. Most recently, he served as a Property Management Director of ADG Group, a Moscow based retail property developer.

Mr. Yurchenko is a highly accomplished real estate professional and business executive with more than 16 years of experience working in international markets, and operational leadership. He has held multiple assignments for international and domestic clients in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia at Cushman & Wakefield, Moscow, where he became a Partner in 2014. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Yurchenko was elected a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010.

Mr. Yurchenko is a graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute, holding degrees in Applied Mechanics, Management and Marketing. He is recognised as an accomplished moderator and speaker at industry related events.
