Properties

The Talan Towers is a commercial complex in Nur Sultan, Kazakhstan. A platform and two buildings containing office, retail, hotel, and residential space make up the complex. A business hub is located in the 30-story Talan Towers Offices skyscraper, as well as the 25-story The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Apartments. A retail gallery connects the two buildings. The structure's entire area is approximately 106,194 m2. It was developed on the request of Kazakhstan's 'Verny Capital' group of firms and launched in 2017. The project was awarded LEED GOLD certification in March 2018.
